abstract Das Lektionar ist ein liturgisches Buch, welches alle biblischen Lesungen und Predigttexte sämtlicher Sonn-, Fest- und Gedenktage des Kirchenjahres enthält. Das Lektionar wird von einem Helfer gehalten oder liegt auf dem Lesepult, von dem aus die Lesungen vorgetragen werden. Ursprünglich wurde direkt aus der Bibel gelesen; ab dem 5. Jahrhundert hat man dann Perikopen in eigenen Büchern gesammelt, die entsprechend dem Kirchenjahr angeordnet wurden. Ein Lektionar besteht in der Regel aus einem Epistolar (Texte, die nicht aus Evangelien stammen) und mehreren Evangelienperikopen, dem sogenannten Evangelistar. In der römisch-katholischen Kirche ist heute das „Lektionar“ das biblische Lesebuch (= „Perikopenbuch“), das die Schriftlesungen jeder Art enthält (Altes und Neues Testament, Evangelien und nichtevangelische neutestamentliche Texte). Es vertritt somit liturgisch die Voll-Bibel. Das „Evangeliar“ ist heute ein Auszug aus dem Lektionar, den man verwendet, um das Evangelium mit den Worten Christi besonders zu ehren. Dem Lektionar liegt ein fester Zyklus der Lesungen, die Perikopenordnung, zugrunde (drei- bzw. sechsjährig). G1

Den svenska evangelieboken, som antas av Svenska kyrkans kyrkomöte men används även i många andra kristna samfund, utkom senast 2003. Till skillnad från tidigare evangelieböcker innehåller den även en text ur Psaltaren för varje sön- och helgdag. De övriga texterna, en ur evangelierna, en ur breven och en ur Gamla Testamentet, är uppdelade på tre årgångar, så att det finns plats för tre gånger så många texter. Evangelieboken innehåller också en bön för varje sön- och helgdag, kallad kollektbön eller dagens bön. Tidigare svenska evangelieböcker har utkommit 1983, 1942, 1921, 1860, 1628 och 1544. Evangelieboken brukar tryckas i psalmboken, så att den finns tillgänglig för alla gudstjänstdeltagare i de församlingar som använder en sådan. De samfund som inte använder en evangeliebok väljer antingen en bibelbok att läsa under en termin, eller planerar årets gudstjänster utan att utgå från något schema. De brukar dock ändå använda evangeliebokens texter för de stora kristna högtiderna, som påsk, pingst och jul. G1
abstract Het Lectionarium is een liturgisch boek met de epistels en evangeliën van de H. Mis. De Willibrordvertaling uit 1975, met herzieningen die gaan tot 1978, is de standaardvertaling die in het Lectionarium wordt gebruikt in de Vlaamse en Nederlandse kerkprovincies. Hij werd gemaakt onder auspiciën van de Katholieke Bijbelstichting (KBS) en de Vlaamse Bijbelstichting. De vernieuwde Willibrordvertaling van 1995 bevat een geheel herziene tekst en is nooit door de Katholieke Kerk geaccepteerd als in de liturgie te gebruiken tekst. Lekcjonarz jako osobną księgę liturgiczną wprowadzono po Soborze Watykańskim II. Przedtem czytania umieszczone były razem z innymi tekstami liturgicznymi w Mszale. Lekcjonarz jako zbiór tekstów biblijnych funkcjonuje także w Kościele ewangelicko-augsburskim, czytania odbywają się w cyklu sześcioletnim. G1
